I am drawn to moments of quiet suspension—when an object seems to rest between movement and rest. Low-saturation surfaces, mineral-like textures, and restrained gestures allow the work to hold time rather than describe it. These forms are informed by bodily memory and everyday encounters with stillness, where attention is not directed outward but settles inward. Rather than pursuing expressiveness or symbolism, the work creates conditions for pause—inviting perception to slow down and remain open.
